Bimini Bay Resort has partnered with a number of banks that will finance both condominiums as well as home purchases in Bimini Bay Resort. Our ongoing relationship with these banks partnered with their confidence in the project allows us to offer our clients assistance in financing up to 75% of the purchase price. We are currently participating with Wachovia, Ansbacher Bahamas, First Caribbean International, and Royal Bank of Canada.
